FIGHT CLUB WITH KELLY – This is a fiercely energetic program inspired by martial arts training. It is specifically geared for those wanting to lose body fat and increase their speed, strength and stamina.
KETTLEBELL/INTERVAL TRAINING WITH CLAIRE – Shake up your workout routine! Blast fat and have fun with this one-hour small group Kettlebell training program. Integrated with Plyometric intervals, the focus will be on increasing strength, power, speed, co-ordination and core stability.
CHISEL OUT/TRX DRILL TRAINING WITH DANA or CAROL - This intense 45 minute instruction integrates weights with Plyometric training.
30/30 BASIC TRAINING WITH SUZANNE – This is a small group training class designed for beginners. Suzanne will take you through 30 minutes of basic bike and 30 minutes of core work.
BATTLE ROPE BOOT CAMP WITH KELLY - This is Tabata (timed intervals) training with 45 second drills with the Battle Ropes. Drills are combined with Kettlebells, Sandbags and Plymetric for a complete strength and conditioning program.
