Pilates

We have 5 STOTT Pilates Reformers and are currently running 30 group reformer
classes per week.

The Pilates mat classes are offered FREE with your membership.

We only hire STOTT trained instructors and trainers to give our members the highest level of instruction possible and to keep our teaching consistent for our members.

Our reformers are STOTT's new SPX Max, which offers the capability of adding the V2Max attachment. The V2Max Plus transcends traditional reformer equipment by offering unparalleled functionality and range of motion.

This will make us the first studio in Newmarket/Aurora to offer group V2Max.

Reformer fees

Private (1 on 1 instruction) $85.00

1 HOUR Group (5 people to 1 instructor):
1 to 19 sessions      $25.00/each
20 sessions or more       $20.00/each

45 MINUTE Group (5 people to 1 instructor):
